We’ll start with a virtual chat to talk through what’s on your plate, and where you need the most support.

From there, we’ll get access set up and prioritise the tasks that will make the biggest difference straight away.

Week 2: Taking things off your plate

I’ll start working through key tasks - whether that’s documentation, system setup, or admin support.

You’ll already start to feel a shift as things begin to get done without you.

Week 3: Creating systems and flow

This is where we start to streamline how things are done.

We’ll refine processes, tidy up systems, and make sure everything is running in a way that supports you day-to-day.

Week 4: Settling into a rhythm

By now, we’re finding our flow.
