What counts as an update?

Here's how it adds up.

An update is one change to your website, using the words and images you send me. Bigger jobs count as more than one, so here's how it all adds up.

Not counted as updates: blog posts (2 are included each month) and brand new pages (an add-on). Writing content, custom code and plugins aren't included.

What if I need more updates?

Just add 4 extra updates for $147 + GST whenever you need them. If you regularly need more, get in touch and I'll put together a package that fits.

Do unused updates roll over?

No, your updates reset each month. If you know a busy month is coming, you can always add extra updates.

How will I know how many updates I've used?

I keep track for you. Each time I finish an update, I'll let you know what's been done and how many updates you've got left that month.

Do you write the content?

You supply the words and images, and I make them look great on your site.

Can you fix technical problems?

Plugin updates, backups, security and anything code-related aren't included, but if I spot something, I'll let you know so you can get it sorted.

What counts as urgent?

Content fixes like a wrong price, a broken link or an out-of-date notice. They're done within one business day, Monday to Thursday, and each one counts as one of your monthly updates.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time with one month's notice. There's no lock-in contract.

Do you need access to my website?

Yes, I'll need access so I can make your updates. Every platform does it a little differently, so I'll send you simple steps for yours.
